This Vandal and Impact Resistant Security Camera is part of the latest generation of 4K security cameras by CCTV Camera World that provides stellar 4K video at 30fps. This camera features a 8MP image sensor that captures stunning 4K resolution video. Since it is an IP camera it can be viewed remotely over the internet from your smartphone, computer, or an NVR. It has a varifocal motorized zoom lens that can also be controlled remotely. The lens gives the camera the power of optical zoom that enables facial recognition up to 100ft away when zoomed in all the way, or up to 50ft away at the widest angle. You can also expect night vision up to 100ft away from the camera’s infrared LEDs.

This camera provides the latest features in the security camera industry with the power of optical zoom in a rugged impact resistant casing. It is IP67 rated and is suitable for demanding outdoor applications. It’s metal design is impact resistant to IK10 standards withstanding up to 120 lbs of force.

To reduce the storage needs of 4K UltraHD video, you can take advantage of its H.265 video encoding ability along with scene adaptive optimization provided by Smart Codec + technology. With H.265+ you can expect up to 70% in storage and bandwidth savings. With the software based video analytics you can expect more accurate surveillance than standard motion detection. 4K TV Not Required

Don’t have a 4K monitor? No problem! Monitoring your 4K security camera system doesn’t require purchasing an additional 4K monitor. You will still be able to record your video in 4K resolution, but easily adjust the settings on your DVR or NVR so that your video output display suits your monitor’s resolution settings.

Advanced Image Features

This 4K Dome Camera with optical zoom lens has advanced image features that will handle almost any lighting or low-light situation you throw at it. It features WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) to offset bright and dark portions of an image simultaneously, giving you a balanced and recognizable video image. This camera also features Backlight Compensation (BLC) to enhance a foreground object with bright light behind it and Highlight Compensation (HLC) to help with video that has extreme light in the foreground.

Video Analytics

The functionality and technical capability of CCTV Camera World’s security cameras has evolved beyond basic functions such as motion detection recording. Those features are still available with this 4K security camera but now, also included are Video Analytics that distinguish our cameras as Smart Cameras. When used with our 4K NVRs, features such as Tripwire and Intrusion detection allow for more reliable detection than classic video based motion events.

Clear Video in Low-Light Situations

This 4K Camera uses 3DNR (3-Dimensional Noise Reduction) technology for producing enhanced video in low-light conditions. In these situations, most cameras provide an image that’s grainy and blurry. That’s not the case with this powerhouse of a security camera. Record uncompromising 4K video in low-light conditions or when recording motion to give you a level of clarity that other cameras cannot match.

Not only does this camera have features that allow for clear images in low-light conditions, but it can also record color video at night with the presence of ambient light, thanks to the camera’s 0.004 Low Lux sensitivity. During instances of complete darkness, the camera will automatically switch to black and white to provide stellar 4K nighttime video with up to 100ft of night vision.

Weather Resistant Design

Some customers are apprehensive about leaving their security cameras outside in the elements, but there is no need to worry with this camera. It has an outdoor rating of IP67, meaning it can withstand outdoor weather, such as wind, rain, snow, and dust. It can even operate in temperatures as cold as -22°F or as hot as 140°F. The metal casing is designed to keep the camera protected at all times.
