When paired with our network based two way intercom, the Home Station will allow you to view and talk to someone who is at your door. When someone presses the call button on the intercom, the Home Station displays an incoming call with video/audio interaction. This gives you peace of mind when you are not expecting a guest to determine if you should allow the person at the door to gain entry in to your premises. You can couple the home station with a electric door strike to allow entry at the touch of a button, or you can use the Home Station and wired PoE Intercom together with your existing access control device to add video to your existing access control setup.
What’s the best part about this system? There are no recurring monthly fees like systems offered by many popular cloud-based subscription companies.
The Home Station has a 7 inch capacitive touch screen with display resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels. It can be wall mounted for an aesthetically pleasing install in your home. The Home Station comes complete with a built-in microphone and speaker. This removes the need for added gadgets to accomplish two-way audio.
The Home Station also allows you to connect to an IP camera on the network purchased from CCTV Camera World. If you are not looking to record video using a NVR camera system, you could use IP cameras along with this Home Station to observe your backyard, the side of your home or see a person approaching your house. With only 2 presses on the touch interface you will have the camera pulled up and monitoring. Please note that this monitor fetches the substream from the camera at a max 720P resolution.
